The homeowner will plant a total of five sabal palms (Sabal palmetto), each with a
minimum DBH of 10 inches with 8 feet of clear trunk. The palms will be positioned
at the rear of the property behind the pool. Please refer to the attached site plan for
their locations.

Per your request we have visited the property at the above address on
4/22/2025 and our findings are as follows:
A. 12” D.B.H. sabal palm (Sabal palmetto) – based on a visual inspection, this
tree exhibited no signs of any preexisting health or structural issues at the
time of my assessment.
B. 16” D.B.H. sabal palm (Sabal palmetto) – based on a visual inspection, this
tree exhibited no signs of any preexisting health or structural issues at the
time of my assessment.
C. 14” D.B.H. sabal palm (Sabal palmetto) – based on a visual inspection, this
tree exhibited no signs of any preexisting health or structural issues at the
time of my assessment.
D. 14” D.B.H. sabal palm (Sabal palmetto) – based on a visual inspection, this
tree exhibited no signs of any preexisting health or structural issues at the
time of my assessment.
The trees are being removed for renovation/addition to the existing home. If
replacement trees are required, the homeowner will replant trees elsewhere on
the property.
Trees included in this report were inspected to document any defects, disease, or
decay that may meet the requirements to waive mitigation fees by the Landscape
Department. My assessments are based on all weather conditions.
