PLANTING REQUIRMENTS

and 12' tall at time of planting.

Thanks for the quick response and coming out last week. Based on the options you provided here is
our plan:
1. Maple (Tree 1) - we will keep that tree and will plan to have it trimmed.
2. Palm Tree (Tree 2) - we plan to have that removed to accommodate the pool construction. To
mitigate this removal, we will plant 2 palm trees per the attached plot plan.

Please see the attached mitigation calculations. The total mitigation owed is 14 or 35 inches with the
maple included, which is equivalent to $2,100 or $5,250. Below is information about meeting
