1. CALL TO ORDER
Magistrate Green called the meeting to order at 2:00 PM.
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes were approved as submitted.
A. Approve minutes of the 34-2025 Code Enforcement Special Magistrate meeting.
3. ADMINISTRATION OF OATH
Magistrate Green administered the Oath to the attendees, staff and respondents.

A. CASE: 25-001
NAME: BROWN, LARRY
ADDRESS: 440 IREX RD *
Testified: CE Officer Irizarry
Respondent: Larry Brown was present.
Action: The Respondent has ten (10) days from the date of this Order to repair the
remaining "connections" violations. Failure to do so shall result in a One Hundred Dollar
($100.00) per day fine until corrected. The Respondent shall inform the City of Atlantic
Beach when the violations have been corrected.
B. CASE: 25-052
NAME: GLAVIN, THOMAS
ADDRESS: 346 SARGO RD
Testified: CE Officer Irizarry
Code Enforcement Special Magistrate
May 1, 2025
Respondent: Thomas Glavin was not present.
Action: The Respondent has corrected the violation. However, should another violation
of Section 302.4 occur, it shall be treated as a repeat violation and fined Five Hundred
Dollars ($500.00) per day until corrected.
