1. CALL TO ORDER
Magistrate Green called the meeting to order at 2:00PM.
2. APPROVALOFMINUTES
A. Approve minutes of the 5-1-25 Code Enforcement Special Magistrate meeting.
The minutes were approved as submitted .
3. ADMINISTRATION OF OATH
Magistrate Green administered the Oath to the attendees , staff and respondents.

A. CASE: 23-188
NAME: CARY & HOLLEY COSGROVE
ADDRESS: 1827 TIERRA VERDE DR*
Testified: CE Officer Irizarry
Respondent: Cary Cosgrove was present.
Respondent referenced two pictures which are attached hereto and made part of this
Official Record as Exhibit 1 and Exhibit 2.
Action : The Respondent has failed to submit his necessary documentation through the
proper channels and therefore shall be fined $250 .00 per day commencing the date of
this Order.

Action: The Respondents shall remove the shed violations by September 30 , 2025 and
may appeal or comply with the tree mitigation as they choose. The matter, if necessary,
may be placed on the November 6 , 2025 hearing calendar
