Mr. Davis,
At your request, I have inspected the Mulberry tree on the side of the
property at 1282 Hibiscus Street. This is a multi-stem Mulberry tree and all
but two stems have been removed. The remaining stem has Heart Rot and
Open Cavities which makes it very weak. The other remaining stern has
Included Bark and Heart Rot which makes it unstable. In my opinion, these
defects make the tree dangerous to persons and property and should be
removed. Also, further inspection of the property revealed a Yucca or
Spanish bayonet plant in the back that is considered an evergreen shrub, not
