Observations • The terrain is mostly flat . • Sail is composed of sand and loam • Encroaching on magnolia • Heavy Lean • Basal rot Similar species that experienced failure within the trees drip line Methods Species : Tree genus and species were identified . Diameter at Breast Height (DBH ) : Trunk diameter was recorded to the nearest inch at 4 . 5 feet abreast height) above grade , using a pi-tape with a variance not to exceed +1- 1 " . Height : Height was visually estimated with a variance not to exceed +1- 15 . drawn Spread : Approximate crown diameter was visually estimated with a variance not to exceed +1- 10 Geolocation : Approximate locations were determined by adding paints to geolocated aerial tiles . Locations provided by the land surveyor are more accurate, and should be used for design purposes . Purpose The purpose of this report is to outline the findings of the assessment and request permission from the City of Atlantic Beach to grant permitting approval for the removal of the 1 Lige Oak . The observations highlight potential asks and defeats of the tree in question . Limits of the Assignment 4 Many factors can limit specific and accurate data when performing evaluations of trees, their conditions , and values . The determinations and recommendations presented here are based on current data and conditions that existed at the time of the evaluation and cannot be a predictor of the ultimate outcomes for the trees . A visual inspection was used to develop the findings , conclusions , and recommendations found in this report . No physical inspection of any canopy, sounding , root crown excavation , and resistograph or other technologies were used in the evaluation of the trees . Where pines , sanding water or brambles prohibited access, DBH , height and spread was estimated . 5 Ak Ak is Ak Ak Ak Ak da * t da da Ak JOL IL da da dwh op m 4F oil} t l N% vor oll 31ark 11 Ao Ar dr -fA is jp lip, 4. .'1' + M1y7 # a _a *may • - - •1 it IL r 9& 11 66 y La, - ^ .17 . • + a i.. • * r• % .1 V -it+ { FF Not e UP ►rpl _` ' r it ',=F_ t 1 - •• ti ' I .I.ti ' CJ' -T • ' 1 a - 1 `• WWJ L*l all !-+ 1' ■ '. titer ; - ! *' } 15P IL JV' or IL e Of yi r•x j - rl#r, 1 PIPa * 4- R r ! + }'A +LL } w k F4 . o Y r ` r 4. oe * dp '+! . y , ' = T I. Due to the significant Iran and along with the basal rot, the tree has been determined to have a moderate or greater risk to structure . 7 cc 4110-1 -tit" F I OrrV ib 45R ' r i { or r * 9 Or IL+ AL 1 y oll r Ao r ' r F Lar * y I r k I 40' s w F a * 16 - 40 dL- lop- WK IV ,. qp - , * ' } N 4L yy 0 % - p r 1 Fvp # j AD pr Y d1l. z- - i# + WI IF _ 1 * Lbisk « `*OIL - pi * F R + c + F • r JF NrdI too w46 . Ir i ' A - r FA ti k r r lir r 411 + # d 44 # + OF Air — # i i i i i i7mi , i i i i i %ooe Trees Count - Higgins All Trees - sequential order Tree Id Latitude Land Use DBH Scientific Name Condition Maintenance Sidewalk CollectianDate Longitude Site Common Name Public/Private Task Overhead/Wire ud668 30. 3396102 Residential 13 " Quercus virginiana Fa i r (60% I ive crown) Critics I No Conflict 7/15/241 :01 PM ,81 .4002826 Backyard Live oak Private Remove None Crew Residential Other Conflicts Inventory L Higgins Comments Count = 3 Trees Count Inventory —AI!
