Re: Assessment Water Oak Trees (3)
The necessary removal of three water oak trees:
A. One 12” water oak tree at the left side of the driveway, visible base and root rot.
B. One 10” water oak tree at the front right side at merge of utilities and well pump
C. One 14” water oak tree at the left side of the driveway
The above identified trees are a failure risk to persons and property per pursuant to Florida
Statute § 163.045, of which trimming and pruning will not reduce the failure risk from moderate
to low. The above trees should be considered for removal.
