The tree is causing extensive damage to the listed property.The tree is growing six feet away from the foundation of the garage and a foot away from the driveway. This species of Oak tree needs a significant amount of soil space for the roots to grow and thrive. There is a very limited amount of available soil for this tree's roots to grow properly. They have lifted the driveway in several locations, but the most severe damage has occurred to the foundation of the garage. The concrete inside the garage is cracked and the damage has spread across the entire garage floor. This damage is occurring due to the roots from the tree. The tree is a major hazard to the property. The only solution to the problem and only way to reduce the risk of additional damage to the home, is to remove the tree.
