To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property,I found a Live Oak that should be removed.The tree poses
an unnecessary risk to person or property. The tree lacks sufficient soil space to grow properly.
The root system is surrounded by concrete. The roots are girdling,which means they are growing
in a circular pattern around the stump of the tree. This causes the ground to mound up around the
base of the tree and elevate the grade level. The roots have already lifted a full slab of concrete at
the listed property. They have caused damage to the neighbor's driveway in multiple areas. But,
most importantly the tree roots have cracked the foundation of the garage and concrete base inside
the garage.This damage is a high-risk priority and the only was to reduce the risk of further damage
to the property, is to remove the tree.
