This letter is in regards to the current status and condition of a
marked Southern Magnolia (Magnolia grandiflora) tree located in the
backyard right side at the Lopez residence at 2206 Laughing Gull
Circle in the Oceanwalk Sub-Division in Atlantic Beach, Florida 32233.
This tree has been dead for some time and as a result it is considered
a liability. It should be removed as soon as possible before it falls
over.
