To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Live Oak tree and a Hickory tree that should
be removed. The trees pose an unnecessary risk to person or property.
The Live Oak is suffering from root rot. The trunk of the tree has a large hole that
exposes rot on the inside of the tree. The canopy of the tree is very thin and the leaves are very
small. Both indications of a root issue. The tree is growing very close to the house located at the
listed property. The tree is a hazard to the property and should be removed.
The Hickory tree's root system is starting to lift up the ground behind the tree. The tree is
growing right up against the side of the home located at the listed property. The tree is now
leaning in the direction of the home. The tree is a hazard to the property and should be removed.
