The necessary removal of one 24"DBH water oak tree located in the front yard left of the
driveway, overhanging the driveway, sidewalk and roadway due to the following issues, that trimming
will not correct to reduce risk of failure from moderate to low.
The cavitized main trunk, upper canopy leads, the mounded girdled root system and uproot hazard
to one third of the upper canopy is in decline, the above water oak tree is an unacceptable risk to
persons and property and should be considered for removal.
