2316 Beachcomber Tr Arborist Letter 5.9.25I We have 3 Palm trees on the property with a risk of complete failure and will be a hazard to the home
during Hurricane force winds.
The first tree is on the right side of the house as facing has rot and decay in the middle of the tree and
is at great risk to break in half.
Then there are 2 trees in the front of the property that has base decay where both trees are at risk of
breaking at the base.
With these 3 trees removed the home and surrounding areas will be much safer during a high wind
event.
These trees are an unacceptable risk that can only be mitigated to below moderate risk by removing
them.
