Sable Palm Tree
Mr. Diaz,
The assessment below was performed in accordance with The Tree Risk Assessment BMP god Ed.
2017, and as trimming and pruning will not reduce the risk of failure to persons and property to
below moderate.
The necessary removal of one 12" DBH sable palm tree due to visible previous termite damage at
base of the tree. Due to the above issues and the proximity of the sable palm tree, is a
unacceptable risk to persons and property.
