Front Pine Trees
The assessment below was performed in accordance with The Tree Risk Assessment
BMP 2'Ed.2017,and as trimming and pruning will not reduce the risk of failure to
persons and property to below moderate.The below two pine trees should be considered
for removal.
The necessary removal of two front left 28"and 24"DBH due to unacceptable failure
risk during normal weather conditions that would cause significant damage to persons,
occupants,visitors and property,roadway and yard.The above two pine trees pose a high
failure risk due to wind exposure.
