Laurel Oak Tree
Mr. Kane,
The assessment below was performed in accordance with The Tree Risk Assessment BMP 2nd
Ed. 2017, and as trimming and pruning will not reduce the risk of failure to persons and property
to below moderate.
The necessary removal of one 20” DBH laurel oak tree located in the front right, due to visible
dead central leader limbs and dead upper canopy. The laurel oak tree is under story to and
predominantly leans over the main power lines and pedestrian side walk along Seminole Rd. The
laurel oak tree is a visible hazard to persons and property and should be considered for removal
to protect the same.
