The tree poses an unnecessary risk to person or property. The tree in question is growing underneath a much larger Oak tree. Due to this unfortunate scenario the tree has been forced to grow at a 45-degree angle to escape the canopy of the larger oak tree growing next to it. Unfortunately, this situation caused the tee to grow over and in to the home located at the listed property. Many of the smaller branches have been pruned to keep them from growing in to the roof, but there are no more minor cuts that can be made to prevent the tree from continuing its growth pattern. The tree also has stress cracks in the trunk. This is common when a tree has to support a large amount of weight. The only logical solution to ensure the safety of the property, and to allow the remaining tree to continue growing is to remove the leaning tree. The tree is a hazard to the property and should be removed. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.
