Dear Sir or Madam:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Laurel Oak that should be removed. The tree
poses an unnecessary risk to person or property. The tree is completely dead. The branches are
starting to rot and fall on the ground. The tree is leaning toward the neighbor’s property. The tree
is a hazard to the surrounding area, and should be removed to reduce the risk of danger.
