This letter is in regards to the current status and condition of a dead
marked Laurel oak (Quercus laurifolia) tree located in the front yard
right side at the Palmer residence at 369 7' Street Atlantic Beach,
Florida 32233.
This tree is now dead due to the neighbor digging a trench right next
to the tree roots. As a result, it is considered a liability. It should be
removed as soon as possible.
