Dear Sir or Madam:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Cabbage palm that should be removed. The tree
poses an unnecessary risk to person or property. The tree is completely dead. All of the palm fronds
have turned brown and fell to the ground. The tree is a hazard to the property and the only way to
reduce to danger is to remove the tree.
