Dear Sir or Madam:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Live Oak tree that should be removed. The tree
poses an unnecessary risk to person or property. The top of the tree is dead. The branches are
rotting and starting to fall on the ground. The tree leans over the neighbor’s property and in the
direction of the house. The tree is a hazard to the surrounding area and the only way to reduce the
risk of danger is to remove the tree.
