To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Laurel Oak that should be removed. The tree
poses an unnecessary risk to person or property. The tree has a large hole at the base of the trunk.
A large rotted out cavity can be seen on the inside of the tree. You can reach your arm in the hole
and easily pull away dead sections of the tree. The tree is leaning toward Jasmine St. and the power
lines located along the road. The tree is extremely hazardous to the surrounding area and should
be removed.
