This letter is in regards to the current status and condition of a Live
oak (Quercus virginiana) tree located on the left side (south) of the
Wahrhaftig residence at 630 Sherry Drive Atlantic Beach, Florida
32233.
This healthy mature (marked) 52" DBH tree unfortunately is to close to
the homeowner's house. It literally is growing out from under the
foundation. As a result, it will cause issues with the structure and
therefore it should be removed.
