To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Golden Rain tree that should be removed. The
tree has damage to the trunk. The tree has holes with visible rot. The stump of the tree also contains
rot in it causing the roots to pull out of the ground. In addition, the tree is leaning towards the house
on the property. The tree is a hazard to the property and should be removed completely.
