This letter is in regards to the current status and condition of a Red
maple (Acer rubrurn) tree located in the front yard atthe Grube
residence at 980 Parkside Drive Atlantic Beach, Florida 32233.
This mature multi-sternmed tree has lost about 6S percent of its
canopy and is in a rapid state of decline. One stem is completely dead
and leaning over the !pub-division entrance road and is a threat to
ptubfir, safen""f. This tree has reached the end of its life span and has no
chance for recovery. As a result, it is recommended it be removed.
