Dear Sir or Madam:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Sycamore tree that should be removed. The tree
poses an unnecessary risk to person or property. The tree is almost completely dead. The dead
branches are starting to rot and fall to the ground. The tree is a major hazard to the property and
the surrounding area. The only way to reduce the risk of danger is to remove the tree.
