Dear Sir or Madam:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Laurel oak tree that should be removed. The tree
poses an unnecessary risk to person or property. The top of the tree broke many years ago and the
tree was unable to heal from the damage. The trunk of the tree is full of holes where rot can be
seen on the inside of the tree. The tree is unstable and could fall during a sunny day with no wind.
The tree is growing in close proximity to the house, at the listed property. The tree is extremely
hazardous to the property and the only way to reduce the risk of damage is to remove the tree.
