Dear Sir or Madam:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Southern Magnolia tree that should be removed.
The tree poses an unnecessary risk to person or property. The trunk of the tree is starting to rot.
The canopy is very thin and many of the branches are also starting to rot. The tree is growing in
close proximity to the house, at the listed property. Many of the branches extend out over the roof
of the home. The tree is extremely hazardous to the property and the only way to reduce the risk
of damage is to remove the tree.
