Dear Sir or Madam:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Laurel oak tree that should be removed. The tree
poses an unnecessary risk to person or property. The tree is completely dead. All of the leaves
turned brown and fell from the tree. The branches are beginning to rot and will start to fall to the
ground. The tree is growing in close proximity to the house and driveway, at the listed property.
The tree is extremely hazardous to the property and the only way to reduce the risk of damage is
to remove the tree.
