To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Magnolia tree that should be removed. The tree poses
an unnecessary risk to person or property. The tree has a double trunk. At the main crotch where
the two trunks split off the included bark has cracked. The break spreads all the way through the
main trunk of the tree. The tree is growing in close proximity to the neighbor’s house and the
home located at the listed property. When the tree breaks completely off one trunk will land on
the neighbor’s roof and the other on the listed properties roof. The tree is a hazard to both
properties. The only way to reduce the risk of damage to the surrounding area is to remove the
tree.
