To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found two Laurel Oak trees that should be removed. The trees
pose an unnecessary risk to person or property.
The first tree has a very large hole in the base of the trunk. You can put your arm in the hole and
pull away the inside of the tree. The wood is rotted and the large cavity spreads up the main
trunk of the tree. The tree is growing in close proximity to the house located at the listed
property. The tree is extremely hazardous and should be removed.
The second tree is almost completely dead. It is growing about one foot away from the corner of
the house. The tree is full of mistletoe and dead rotting branches. The tree leans over the house
and branches are starting to fall and land on the house. The tree is hazardous to the property and
should be removed
Both trees are a high risk to the property, and the only way to reduce the risk of damage is to
remove the trees.
