This letter is in regards to the current status and condition of 3 dead
Water oak (Quercus nigra) trees located in the front yard of the
Hanson residence at 2239 Barefoot Trace Atlantic Beach, Florida in the
Oceanwalk sub-division. The trees are marked.
All 3 trees are dead and pose a serious liability to both the
homeowner's property as well as the public right of way. One of the
dead trees leans out over the sidewalk and road way. As a result, it is
recommended that they be removed immediately.
