install a standard 20-foot shipping container on the church property at the address listed above,
please accept the included plans, anchoring detail and anchoring product data in compliance with
COAB Permit Review document, dated 6/27/25.
In brief summary, the church intends to install a standard 20 -foot (20’L x 8’W x 8.5’H) shipping
container on grass/dirt (no concrete slab) as indicated on the included site plan. The shipping
container will be anchored at each corner by a 36” aircraft -quality cast aluminum 356 alloy auger-style
anchor equal to American Earth Anchors model PE36 with 3/8” grounding wire looped through corner
holes in the container base rail and attached to the auger anchor head.
