Big Ben's Tree service asked me to look at the above stated property, after
looking, there is an oak tree on the left corner of the house if facing from the
road that is too close to the house and the root system is encroaching on the
foundation. It is my professional opinion that the tree needs to be removed
immediately to prevent damage.
