Dear Sir or Madam:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a three Pine trees that should be removed. The
trees pose an unnecessary risk to person or property. The trees are completely dead. They have
been infested with Bore Beetles. The trunks and branches are rotting and falling to the ground.
One tree has already broken in half. The trees are extremely hazardous to the surrounding area and
a liability to the homeowner. A pedestrian could be hit with a broken limb. The only way to reduce
the risk of danger to the property is to remove the trees.
