Dear Sir or Madam:
Upon inspection of the property, I found four trees (3 pines trees and 1 maple tree) that
should be removed. The trees pose an unnecessary risk to person or property. Two of the pine trees
are completely dead and are hazardous to the property. One pine tree contains a large canker in the
trunk. The tree is growing right next to the house and is extremely dangerous to the property. The
maple tree is growing right behind the house. The trunk of the tree and the stump are growing into
the foundation of the home. The tree is rotting severely. The trees are extremely hazardous to the
property and the only way to reduce the danger to person and property is to remove the trees.
