Dear Sir or Madam:
Upon inspection of the property, I found two Cabbage palm trees that should be removed.
The trees pose an unnecessary risk to person or property.
One of the palm trees is dead. The green fronds all turned brown and were dropping from
the tree. This is a clear indication the tree is no longer living.
The second palm tree has severe trunk damage. There are large holes and cracks all along
the main trunk of the palm. The fibers are deteriorating and large chunks of the trunk could be
pulled away from the tree with little effort. The tree is around 50 ft tall and is growing in close
proximity to the home located at the listed property. The trees are hazardous to the surrounding
area. The only way to reduce the risk of danger to the property is to remove the two palm trees.
