Dear Sir or Madam:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Live Oak tree that should be removed. The tree
poses an unnecessary risk to person or property. The tree in question is growing in the front yard
of the listed property. This species of tree requires a significant amount of soil space to grow
properly. The front yard of the property does not have the adequate amount of soil space for this
type of tree. The roots of the tree are girdling and growing in a circular pattern around the main
trunk of the tree. This causes the ground to swell up around the trunk. The roots have also done
extensive damage to the plumbing at the listed property. The plumber informed the homeowners
that if the tree was not removed the pipes would get damaged again. The roots have also caused
extensive damage to the foundation of the home. The concrete slab inside the garage is cracked in
two separate locations. One of the cracks are leading into the kitchen of the home. The tree can
not be allowed to continue growing. The tree is extremely hazardous to the surrounding area. The
only way to reduce the risk of danger or more damage to the property is to remove the tree.
