1. CALL TO ORDER
Magistrate Green called the meeting to order at 2 :00 PM.
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
3. ADMINISTRATION OF OATH
Magistrate Green administered the Oath to the attendees , staff and respondents.
4. OLD BUSINESS
A. Name: Brent Parrish and Patricia Malagrino Parrish
Address: 1251 Carnation St
Case: 25-176
Testified: CE Officer Gonzalez
Respondent: Brent Parrish was not present.
Action: The Respondent shall be fined $250 per day commencing November 18 , 2025
( date of the last Order).
5. NEW BUSINESS
A. Name: Randy Rhone
Address: 1810 George St*
Case: 25-181
Testified: CE Officer Gonzalez
Respondent: Randy Rhone was present.

Action: The Re spondent shall correct all violations withing ninety (9 0) days of the date
of this Order. Failure to timely come into compliance would result in a $2 50.00 per day
fine
