The trees pose an unnecessary risk to person or property. Tree #1. Green Ash. The tree is completely dead. All of the branches are without leaves and are starting to rot and fall to the ground. The tree is growing next to a swimming pool and hangs over the driveway located at the listed property. The tree is a high risk to the surrounding area and the only way to reduce the risk to an acceptable level is to remove the tree. Tree #2. Cabbage Palm. The palm tree is growing right next to the house located at the listed property. The trunk is so close, that when the wind is blowing strong, it pushes against the gutters. The tree is actively causing damage to the property and in order to prevent future damage the tree should be removed. Tree #3-5. Cabbage Palms. The trees are suffering from severe trunk damage. It appears the damage is from sprinkler water being continuously sprayed on the trees. The trunks are beginning to rot and the outer layer is extremely soft and discolored. The palm trees are growing in close proximity to the house located at the listed property. The trees are a high risk to the surrounding area and the only way to reduce the risk to an acceptable level is to remove the tres If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.
