Dear Sir or Madam:
Upon inspection of the property, I found two trees that should be removed. A Laurel Oak
and a Magnolia tree. The trees pose an unnecessary risk to person or property.
The Laurel Oak is completely dead. The tree broke in half during a storm seven years ago.
The trunk of the tree has been slowly dying since the damage occurred. The tree is now completely
dead. The tree is a hazard to the surrounding area, and the only way to reduce the risk of danger to
the property is to remove the tree.
The Magnolia tree was also damaged in the same storm. The tree uprooted but did not
come completely out of the ground. The tree is now starting to rot rapidly. The trunk of the tree is
deteriorating. The tree is leaning toward the neighbor’s property and when it falls it could knock
over a few Oak trees on the way down. The tree is extremely dangerous to the surrounding area.
The only way to reduce the risk of danger to the property is to remove the tree.
