All reported observations of inspected trees and findings thereof were concluded based on professional industry standards. Findings are opinions derived from the inspection and may differ across arborists in the industry. The trees observed were generally in good health overall. There were, however, a number of trees growing near the home. It’s important to note that while these trees may be healthy and structurally sound, proximity to structures present risk of damage to foundations during high wind events when the trees can shift at the root base. Additionally, roots growing beneath foundations that have died, when decomposed, also create voids where the soil they displaced once was which can lead to foundation issues. Trees with an overall risk rating of 3 or higher are likely to adversely impact targets within their vicinity while mitigation of the risk is deemed either not possible of financially impractical outside of removal.
