Dear Sir or Madam:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Hickory tree that should be removed. The tree
poses an unnecessary risk to person or property. The tree is completely dead. Large sections of the
tree are beginning to break and fall to the ground. Recently a large branch fell and destroyed the
neighbor’s fence. The tree is a hazard to the surrounding area and the only way to reduce the risk
of danger to the property is to remove the tree.
