Dear Sir or Madam:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Live Oak tree that should be removed. The tree
poses an unnecessary risk to person or property. The tree was severely damaged in a storm seven
years ago. The top of the tree broke off. The remaining section of the tree has been slowly
declining. The trunk is rotted and the base of the tree has a large hole that exposes the extent of
the rot and damage to the inside of the tree. The tree is a hazard to the surrounding area and the
only way to reduce the risk of damage to the property is to remove the tree.
