This letter is in regards to the current status and condition of a
(marked) dead Live oak (Quercus virginiana) tree in the back yard of
the Cook residence located at 1 728 Park Terrace West Atlantic Beach,
Florida 32233.
This 55' tree is dead and as a result is considered a liability. It is
therefore recommended that it be removed to avoid possible damage
or harm.
