The tree poses an unnecessary risk to person or property. The tree has been compromised. A larger Laurel Oak and a Cabbage palm have all grown together with the Sweet Gum. The Laurel Oak has pushed the Sweet Gum and made it lean toward the house located at the listed property. The Cabbage Palm has rubbed a hole in the trunk of the Sweet Gum causing it to be a major hazard to the property. The only way to reduce the risk of danger to the property is to remove the Sweet Gum tree. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.
