This tree is quite dead due to a lightning strike last year or the prior year. My inspection also revealed an abundance of Hypoxelon Canker growing on the trunk of the tree which is a tell-tale sign that the tree is dead. This tree is about 65' tall and has one remaining limb which faces the primary target which is the house. The tree could fail at anytime and the tree and limb would cause severe damage to the house. In my opinion, this tree is an imminent danger to persons and property and I recommend removal. Should you have any further questions please call.
