Dear Sir or Madam:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Live Oak tree that should be removed. The tree
poses an unnecessary risk to person or property. The tree is growing only a few feet away from
the house located at the listed property. The entire tree grows over the roof and the trunk almost
touches the top of the roof. The trunk of the tree has mushrooms growing on it and the bark is
starting to fall off in multiple places. This is an indication of decomposing wood. The tree is a
major risk to the property. The tree is a hazard to the surrounding area and the only way to reduce
the risk of damage to the property is to remove the tree.
