Dear Sir or Madam:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Laurel Oak tree that should be removed. The
tree poses an unnecessary risk to person or property. The tree is suffering from root and collar rot.
This is evident by the discoloration on the trunk of the tree. The tree also has mushrooms growing
on the trunk in multiple locations. This indicates the wood is starting to decay which indicates
significant structural damage to the tree. The tree leans toward the house located at the listed
property. The tree is extremely hazardous to the surrounding area, and the only way to reduce the
risk of danger to the property is to remove the tree.
