Dear Sir or Madam:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Laurel Oak tree that should be removed. The
tree poses an unnecessary risk to person or property. The tree is completely dead. The top of the
tree hangs over the house and AC unit located at the listed property. The tree is a hazard to the
property and the only way to reduce the risk of danger is to remove the tree.
